Family identifies woman found dead near Hines Park in Westland The body of 23-year-old Olivia Rossi was discovered on Aug. 23 near Ann Arbor Trail and Middlebelt.

Kesteloot is accused of taking her body to Hines Park. Officers discovered her body Friday. Kesteloot is set to be arraigned Monday morning at the 18th District Court in Westland.
