COCOA BEACH, Fla. – On Monday, Driftwood Capital announced it would rescind its plans to ask the county to give a new 4-star hotel exclusive use of a public beach park in Cocoa Beach.

And Driftwood’s 330-million-dollar Space Coast portfolio also includes the Westin the Hilton Cocoa Beach, Element by Westin Melbourne and the Crowne Plaza Melbourne.

Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront has unveiled a significant renovation, giving all 295 rooms and its lobby an upgrade while also revamping 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.

And Driftwood’s 330-million-dollar Space Coast portfolio also includes the Westin the Hilton Cocoa Beach, Element by Westin Melbourne and the Crowne Plaza Melbourne.
