Hanna-Barbera returned to the theatrical market with a full length animated “Charlotte’s Web” in 1973, based on E.B. White’s tale, and “Heidi’s Song” in 1982.

Mr. Hanna died at his North Hollywood home. Violet, his wife of 65 years, was at his side, said Sarah Carragher, a spokeswoman for Warner Bros., which owns Hanna-Barbera Studios.

Hanna-Barbera, makers of “The Flintstones” and “Scooby-Doo,” was owned by Taft Broadcasting. Taft built Kings Island to showcase the characters.

Barbera died Monday of natural causes at his home with his wife Sheila at his side, Warner Bros. spokesman Gary Miereanu said. He was 95. His longtime collaborator, Hanna, died in 2001.
