The black uniforms feature bright yellow slime that is activated under ultraviolet light. The uniforms are inspired by the "Goosebumps" book series, written by Columbus native R.L. Stine.

The Goosebumps logo is positioned in the front jock tag and “Columbus Crew” is written in slime-dripping font. Jersey sponsor Nationwide is featured predominantly on the front.
