Goose Island, the Chicago brewery renowned for its incredibly popular Bourbon County barrel-aged stout lineup that launches the day after Thanksgiving each year, unveiled 2024's lineup in August.

Goose Island is changing its 2025 Bourbon County Brand Original Stout. For this year's release, the beer brand will offer this flavor in smaller 10-ounce bottles, which will be sold in a 4-pack.
