Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire is less than a month away from arriving in theaters, and thanks to Games Radar (via SFFGazette.com), we have a clear shot of the franchise's new big bad.

The movie is a direct sequel to director Jason Reitman’s 2021 feature Ghostbusters: Afterlife, which succeeded in restoring the luster to the franchise created by his father, the late Ivan Reitman.

Leslie Jones, who played one of the leads in the 2016 Ghostbusters reboot, has called out Ghostbusters: Afterlife director Jason Reitman for comments he made while promoting the movie back in 2021.

“ Ghostbusters: Afterlife,” a sequel to the blockbuster comedy, will hit theaters next summer. The movie is now expected to debut on June 11, 2021 — exactly 37 years after the original.
