Robinson is survived by his wife of 14 years, artist-actor Jacquie Shane-Robinson; sons Shane, Coby, Christian, Taylor, Christopher Robinson and Christopher Lance; and adopted son Robb Walker.

Chris Robinson, who had 100-plus roles dominated by doctor characters on TV soaps and said in ads, "I'm not a doctor, but I play one on TV," died June 9 at 86.
