NORFOLK. The lights were going out on Willa Nuckolls Christmas tree this year not long after the tree’s maker, General Foam Plastics, flipped the switch off at its industrial plant in Norfolk.

General Foam Plastics’ industrial complex has been put on the market for $6.4 million. The facility, three buildings with a combined 415,000 square feet, is listed with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.
