Jamie Phillips Jr., a student at Winter Haven High School, receives the Silver Garland Award in the Athletics category from Polk County School Superintendent Frederick Heid in April 2024.

Finalist interviews will be held Feb. 6, 2025, at the AdventHealth Fieldhouse in Winter Haven. Award winners will be announced at a private ceremony at the Ritz Theatre April 17, 2025.
