Instagram has been allowing users to respond to Stories with a GIF for some time now. It will now be expanding the feature to its comment section.

Think of a GIF as an animated image or a short video clip without sound. GIFs are a great way to share what’s on your mind, use for status updates, or comment on a friend’s Facebook post.
