Volusia County residents can sign up for a free beach driving and parking pass. A veterans stand down will be March 21-22. Elevate Florida launched recently and is open to Volusia residents.

Visitors will pay up to $15 on weekdays and a flat rate of $20 on the weekend to visit Hilton Head beach parks.

At a lot across the street from Tom's Sports Bar near the arena, a sign went up on Tuesday that read, "FREE PARKING" and "Courtesy of Luka," according to a post on X (formerly known as Twitter).
