Nearly 6 months since an American Airlines regional jet and a U.S. Army helicopter collided, killing 67 people, victims’ families are demanding accountability.

A new report suggests the co-pilot officer on the doomed Air India flight thought the captain may have turned off the plane’s fuel switches shortly before the fatal crash.

Flight N8796R, a Beech 95-B55 Baron, reportedly crashed into the ocean near Sunset Drive and Jewell Avenue at around 10:38 p.m., according to Flight Radar.
