Heid, a China hawk who helped set technology policy for the congressional committee, is being tapped to be assistant secretary of Commerce for export administration, according to a U.S. Senate filing.

Dept. of Commerce now accepting applications for ND Workforce Innovation Grants Eligible applicants may receive a minimum award of $25,000 to a maximum award of $250,000.
