At 8:45 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 9, troopers responded to a reported crash involving multiple vehicles on I-95 southbound near the Maury Street exit in Richmond.

The crash was first reported around 5:45 p.m. on Jan. 14 and was located on I-95 near the Bells Road exit. At one point, there was an approximately 4-mile-long backup, according to VDOT.
