Family and friends are remembering a teenager shot to death on the East Side. A balloon release was held today for 19-year-old Jordan Bocanegra who died Sunday.

Police say Jordan was shot at 11 a.m. at Stanley's Gas Station on the 2200 block of East Commerce Street. His family believes they know who did it.
