It’s anonymous! Dear Good Job, I’m a guy who works in a place that technically doesn’t have a dress code, but we try to keep things business casual. I want to dress more gender non-conformingly.
What has changed is what is appropriate to wear at work. If you have not noticed, I'm told that many public high schools no longer have any dress code. Anything but naked goes!
