AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department is investigating after a death in Downtown Austin on Monday. The incident happened near the intersection of Third and Nueces streets, APD said around 9:10 p.m. Police have not said if the death was a homicide or if there are any suspicious circumstances.
