DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. — A special education teacher and soccer coach at Downers Grove South High School is facing three sexual abuse charges after allegations involving a 15-year-old.

A Downers Grove South High School teacher previously charged with sexually assaulting her 15-year-old student is now facing 52 more charges related to that boy.

Downers Grove police and the DuPage County state's attorney said a 15-year-old boy and his mother went to police on Saturday to report alleged "inappropriate sexual conduct" by Formella.
