There aren't many places that offer kids a great summertime experience for just one dollar, but that's the cost of admission for children at Desert Oasis Aquatic Center in Chandler.

The general swim day at the center is from 1-5 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Admission is $2.25 for children age 7 and under, $300 for children over 7 and $3.25 for adults.
