Hill went 1-for-4 in Sunday's series finale against the Angels, so it's currently unclear as to when he suffered this injury. He'll be shut down for at least the next 10 days as a result.

The Marlins are calling up outfielder Victor Mesa Jr., according to reporter Francys Romero. Mesa is already on the 40-man roster, and he’ll take the 26-man roster spot of outfielder Derek Hill.
