CSP IDs suspects in fatal hit-and-run in Delta

CSP said on July 6 that the suspects, Karin Leal-Ruiz – the driver – and Valentin Guelta, were driving a 2008 yellow and black Cobalt on Highway 50 near the location where the crash occurred.
