The price for Delaware tolls is increasing in August to fund state infrastructure improvements, DelDOT said. Some DMV fees also will be rising.

Delaware is preparing to hike toll fees starting Aug. 15 and double some commercial driver license motor vehicle fees in October to raise $107 million yearly for state infrastructure.

The Delaware Memorial Bridge, which spans more than 10,000 feet, crosses the Delaware River and links Delaware to New Jersey. More than 100,000 vehicles cross the bridge each day, according to DRBA.
