President and CEO of Upstate Shredding, Adam Weitsman, announced Thursday the sale of Davis College to Dave Drew, owner of Riverside Gardens, LLC., for $4.5 million.

Riverside Gardens will be located at the former site of Davis College. Drew said the development is expected to be complete by summer 2026, with pre-leasing available this winter.
