In 2020, the college was sold to Weitsman, the owner of Upstate Shredding, for $3.4 million. Davis College will become Riverside Gardens following the sale of the property in April.

Davis College sold for $4.5 million, will become Riverside Gardens. The location will be transformed into a 75-unit apartment complex and renamed to Riverside Gardens, according to the news release.
