DALY CITY — A 29-year-old San Francisco woman was arrested Saturday after police said she startled a horse and caused it to throw off a minor student who was riding the animal last month.

She hopes the police will help her locate the woman from the video. KTVU reached out to the Daly City Police Department for an update on this case, but the department declined to comment at this time.
