The Stars will open their season at 7 p.m. on Oct. 9 against the Winnipeg Jets at Canada Life Centre in what will be new head coach Glen Gulutzan’s debut.

Since the NHL realigned from a six to a four-division format for the 2013-14 campaign, Colorado is 18-8-2 against the Stars, including an 11-2-1 mark at home.
