It’s both fascinating and a little invasive feeling to look through what’s on the auction block in “The David Lynch Collection,” featuring hundreds of items once owned by the late, great cinematic genius.

The innovative director David Lynch, who left indelible marks on film and television, passed away in January of this year.

Beginning June 18 in Los Angeles, the Lynch estate will sell off unfinished film screenplays, a personalized director's chair, and more from the legendary filmmaker's home.
