Pappion’s poster, a vibrant depiction of the post-race festivities painted after last year's race, doubles as a veritable "Where’s Waldo" of Crescent City Classic characters.

Each year the poster is awarded as a prize to the top 500 female and top 500 male Crescent City Classic (CCC) runners. Each year, the CCC selects a local artist to design their famous race posters.

Nearly 18,000 raced in the sold-out Crescent City Classic. UNO’s Evan Pardo and New Orleans' Kir Selert took first place titles.
