To access the feature, select one of your playlists you want to create custom art for. Then, tap the three-dot menu on the playlist page and click the “Create cover art” option.

Once you tap Create cover art again on the next screen, you'll have the option to change the background, add an image, add text, and add stickers (including the new Valentine's-themed ones).
