LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Cowabunga Bay has delayed its opening Friday morning after an incident involving pool chemicals, a spokesperson tells FOX5.

The incident happened at Cowabunga Bay, which is located in the 900 block of West Galleria Drive near Gibson Road. Cowabunga Bay said the incident involved the handling of pool-related chemicals.

Neptune Surf Club, a wave pool project powered by Endless Surf’s manmade surfing technology, has been proposed for the city of Alameda, the island community located in the East Bay.
