A field of eight candidates hope to replace Omar Narvaez on the Dallas City Council to represent District 6, which includes West Dallas and neighborhoods along the city’s northwest edge.

Local attorney Andrew Chinsky announced his candidacy for Sandy Springs City Council District 6 on March 25. The father of two young children and his wife reside in the Riverside neighborhood.
