Rosa Blanca will open at 7 a.m. for breakfast service and serve late into the night. Takeout and delivery will also be offered. Garces is expecting to open Rosa Blanca in early November.

The Cuban cafe and rum bar Rosa Blanca will open March 24 on the first floor of The Nines apartment building at 950 Hamilton St., a City Center Investment Corp. news release announced.

The Garces Group on May 31 last year closed the Cuban- and Caribbean-inspired Rosa Blanca restaurant at 707 Chestnut St. in order to reopen it as a café.
