The Texas Rangers activated star shortstop Corey Seager from the 10-day injured list Saturday afternoon. In a corresponding move, infielder Jonathan Ornelas was optioned to Triple-A Round Rock.

Seager’s trademark power hasn’t shown itself much so far this year, but the Rangers’ star hitter has still managed a 131 wRC+ while hitting .286/.345/.468 overall in 21 games this year.
