State leaders cut the ribbon on the floating dock for American Cruise Line in Providence.

OGDEN — Thursday night will mark the beginning of a new chapter for the Ogden community. The ribbon is set to be cut on the new Marshall N. White Community Center in a special ceremony from 5-7 p.m.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A group of developers and Knox County leaders gathered Thursday afternoon to cut the ribbon on a new neighborhood featuring 264 single-family, energy-efficient homes.

— The Advanced Training Center for the U.S. Office of Homeland Security–which is located in Harpers Ferry–is celebrating some new space. A ribbon was cut Monday on what is called Monarch Hall.
