DJI is refreshing its entry-level Mini 2 SE drone with the Mini 4K, which will likely feature the same 1/1.3-inch 12MP sensor as pricier models.
Chinese drone manufacturer and global drone leader DJI has officially launched the Mini 4K drone in China. The DJI Mini 4K comes with upgraded imaging capabilities compared to the Mini 2 SE.
DJI's newest drone, the Mini 2 4K, isn't that new at all. The $299 flyer has all of the same specs and features as the Mini 2 from 2020, but costs less than the original, which debuted at $449.
We reviewed the DJI Mini 2 SE last month, actually, and found it was a great drone kit — and even at RRP, it's competitively priced. And so with a $40 saving, it's even more of a great deal.
The Mini 4K is priced substantially less than its Mini Pro iterations, and it’s actually less than the rest of the Mini drones from DJI. It’s available to order now for $299 / £269.
