Workers at a South Carolina site that once made nuclear bomb parts have found a radioactive wasp nest. Officials say there's no danger to anyone.

True to the plot of a 1950s monster movie, an old nuclear weapons facility in South Carolina has birthed radioactive wasps, according to the U.S. Department of Energy. The discovery was made July 3 at the 310-square-mile Savannah River Site in Aiken, which produced plutonium and tritium for nuclear weapons during the Cold War.
