How the SeaGlass Carousel attraction -- an immersive school of colorful, spinning fish -- bubbled to life. The SeaGlass Carousel offers a magical, "undersea" ride at the tip of Lower Manhattan.

The Art Aquarium opened in 2007 with traveling exhibits shown throughout Japan. It is managed by Hidetomo Kimura, who thinks of the fish as live artworks.
