Co-owners Meg Paradise and Kevin Barry opened Umbrella Dry Bar on New Year's Eve, Dec. 31, 2023. The bar announced Tuesday night via Instagram that it would be closing on Friday, April 26.

Umbrella Dry Bar will hold its last service April 26 in Raleigh. Greg Mintel Raleigh rang in the new year with the city’s first spirit-free cocktail bar.
