Long Beach’s proposed budget for the 2025-26 fiscal year would make several new investments in community needs.

Morales is a 40-year resident of Long Beach. In 2019, she was selected to serve on the inaugural Ethics Commission for the city. From August 2022 to last July, she served as chair of the commission.
