LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The city of Lincoln is sharing more details on its plan for a new central library downtown, hosting another open house on Monday night to hear from the public.
The city will begin an ambitious $35 million project to improve O Street from Ninth to 16th streets this fall. Work will be done in 2027.
