Skyline Chili was founded more than 70 years ago in Cincinnati by Nicholas Lambrinides and his family. Today, Skyline has 136 restaurants located in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Florida.

As part of Tim Laielli's video series "Hometowns," in which he makes signature dishes from different cities and, in his words, "tells you if it sucks," Laielli recreated a Skyline Chili three-way.

"I've been to Cincinnati when it's cold, and man, oh man, there's nothing like having the pasta with chili on it," Fallon said. "Skyline," Giovanni responded. "Yeah, Skyline," Fallon answered.
