A 19-year-old man will spend the next 27 to 32-and-a-half years in prison for fatally shooting Antwoina Carter on St. Patrick's Day last year.
Preliminary information indicated that when deputies arrived, Alexander James Russom fired shots. Deputies returned fire, striking Russom.
