Nine people were arrested, one firearm was recovered and hundreds of citations were issued after a street takeover this weekend inside the old Carousel Mall parking structure in San Bernardino.

The revamp saw the shopping complex gain 70 additional stores, a new fashion mall and an open-air rooftop dining space. Westfield Carousel has been contacted for comment.
