Carlos Hernandez Carlos Hernandez, who was named interim CEO at Fluor (NYSE: FLR) on May 1, has been confirmed by the board of directors as full-time CEO of the company.

David Constable, a board member at Fluor (NYSE: FLR), will succeed the retiring Carlos Hernandez as CEO of the company, effective Jan. 1.

He joined Fluor in 2007 as chief legal officer, later serving as CEO from 2019 to 2020.
