“Cameron Park has an intimate feel and is unique with an airpark, horse properties, gated communities, high-end estates, country club, schools, churches and shopping,” Mattson said.

The only home there currently for sale on Zillow costs $1.5 million. Built in 1963 along with the Cameron Park Airport, the airpark is today home to 124 houses, with around 20 empty lots left.
