A 19-year-old Cincinnati high school graduate facing deportation to Honduras is no longer listed as an inmate in the Butler County Jail.

Baker was held at the Butler County Jail on a $5,000 bond and was released hours after the protest began on June 9. She has a preliminary hearing for the felony charge scheduled for June 16.

Butler County's jail began holding ICE detainees in March. In its first three months, the jail has detained almost 800 people for ICE. "This is just the beginning," Jones said.
