But the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace stands out for both its size (it’s the largest buffet in Sin City) and its selection (over 500 different dishes to choose from!).

Many street corn recipes call for mixing the add-ons before spreading onto the corn, but I prefer a buffet-style toppings bar to let each guest customize with his or her favorite textures and flavors.

This isn’t a “pick one” menu. Brunch guests can nosh on as many of the 10 menu items as they want before hitting the dessert bar. The cost is $68 per person for brunch; drinks are not included.

Feast Buffet is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Dine in, take out only. A set cost is in place for lunch and dinner dine-in service. Adults eat for $13.99 for lunch, $17.99 for dinner.
