NORFOLK — Another area community has been named a Tree City USA. Norfolk was bestowed the honor by the global nonprofit Arbor Day Foundation the week of May 19.

ROANOKE, Va. – The Arbor Day Foundation named Roanoke a 2024 Tree City USA in honor of its commitment to plant, grow, and maintain trees to benefit its community.
