Citizens Energy has confirmed that its crews are responding to a water main break on the east side of Indianapolis, specifically near the intersection of 22nd Street and Dr. Andrew J Brown Avenue.

A water main break is flooding roadways, creating traffic issues and dropping water pressure on the city's east side.

A major water main break at the intersection of Yale Street and Center Street is delaying traffic for commuters along Washington Avenue. ABC13 was live at the intersection on Thursday morning, just north of Washington Avenue.
