CabFab launched in 2005. It's in the former Caldwell & Ward Brass Co. foundry at 124 Burnet Ave. Renovations to the 40,000-square-foot building cost $1.4 million.

The ornate brass, gold and tortoiseshell cabinet glistens in the ornate High Pavilion Ante Room at Boughton House, near Kettering. The Duke's palace-like home is known as the English Versailles.
